What this recall covers

The defect
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. Due to a manufacturing error, the rearview camera image may not display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
The risk
A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix
Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera, as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 3, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 34C.

Is my car affected?

Being on this list means your year, make and model fall inside campaign 25V388000. It does not mean your individual car does: a campaign covers a range of VINs built in a specific window, and cars either side of that window are untouched.

Check the 17-character VIN from the driver-side dashboard or door jamb against NHTSA's lookup. If it is covered, the dealer must do the work free of charge, regardless of the car's age or mileage.
